Baby Favs #1

I definitely think there's something in the water right now as just about every person I know seems to be pregnant. For awhile there, it was at least one announcement a day, now I think we've "slowed down" to only 2-3 a week. Craziness! I've sent out a number of my favorite handmade designers to several friends but I thought I would post them all here to share with everyone!

Warning, this is a very long post, with a lot of pictures of baby stuff, so feel free to skip this post if you're not at the baby stage yet!

You all know of my love for all things Joyfolie. Her items are extremely hard to get BUT the quality is the best, I consider the items heirlooms, every single piece I've ever bought, all my sisters have informed me that they claim dibs on when my kids are done. The ones that are given away to others end up being saved along with items like christening gowns or exchanged round-about between several friends because they are so incredible. She's coming out with a winter line of clothing that I cannot wait to get my hands on...








Now, understandably, not everyone can plan their month around her uploads and doesn't have lickety-split fast fingers (for example she'll post 20-30 pairs of shoes and have 500-600 people trying for them at the exact same second-to say there are always a lot of disappointed people would be an understatement), so that's where all my other favorite designers come in. This is just tip of the iceberg but I have ordered from most, if not all of these with great success.

First we'll start with the knit hat accessories...they're just so much fun!







BitOWhimsey is one of my favorite knit hat etsy artists. I've loved everything I've bought from her including the monstrous monster hat and birdie hats.

PDX Beanies is also fantastic, their knit hats are also some of my favorites and always extremely well received as gifts!




I've gotten many many friends hooked on Nina's Handmade as well.











I adore the pom pom style with the feathers (called the Casey hat) that AngelBeez has and the stocking caps are adorable as well (though I'm not sure how much use they would get outside of a photography prop? I'll have to road test this with my own kiddies someday)






Last but certainly not least, some of my all time favorite little girls hats from Dear Lillie, look at those cheeks! So cute! Can I have the little girl along with the hat? :)





There are SO many wonderful handmade vendors out there, these are just my absolute favorites. Definitely check out etsy if you're looking for something specific and don't see it here! I've still got several other posts for shoes/clothing/toys/nursery decor/blankets/bibs/burp clothes/diaper covers/quilts, etc. but figured I'd inundated you with enough pictures of cute stuff for one post!
